LEAP English Club provides comfortable social interaction for English majors, minors, and anyone else interested in language and literature. LEAP provides the necessary exposure to the language L2 learners need in order to realize their learning goals. This club provides students with the opportunity to get involved with the community participating and promoting on and off campus literary events. The English Club promotes fellowship among English learners by establishing a social basis for study groups and a social network overall.

Community Involvement Opportunity
The LEAP English Club will launch "English Storytelling Time" in the local bookstores. This event will involve English Club members telling stories to children at local booksstores in Kaoshiung City.
LEAP Club will also visit orphanages in the local area to teach English to children. This program will benefit not only the children who do not have the opportunity to attend cram schools to learn English, it will also provide club members whose study focus is English teaching the field experience they need.
