Do I need a special software?
All software needed to take these courses is free of charge. You need Flash in order to complete the listening exercises and to play the interactive games.

What Other Tools and Materials Do I Need?

Which Internet browser do I need?
You need Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 4.0 or higher.
How will I receive my lessons, quizzes and assignments?
All materials required for the courses will be posted on the assigned course website. You will need to visit the course website and print the materials out prior to each online sessions.
